lulu and Amber's Step Dad is tired of them always fighting. They fight over what movie's to watch, what boys they want to date, even the clothes they wear. Lulu and Amber were adopted by their step-mother and recently married their new Step-Dad. They are fighting and wrestling over a new dress that him and their step-mother paid for. He snatches the dress away and use a special entrancement technique to get them under control. He is going to help them settle their differences.
